We accept returns for items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. Returns Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at Support@kiunas.store within the specified return period. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
3. No Restocking Fee:
We value your satisfaction, and therefore, we do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
4. Return Shipping:
We understand that circumstances vary, so we cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items. For other reasons, such as customer remorse or ordering the wrong product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
