RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return within 90 days from the delivery date.
- Defective products are eligible for return or replacement.
- Incorrect items shipped by mistake are eligible for return or replacement.
- Unused products in their original condition may be returned.
- Slightly used products may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Step 2: If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos and a brief explanation.
Step 3: Wait for return authorization and instructions before sending any item back.
Step 4: Once approved, return the item using a trackable and insured shipping method. A valid tracking number is required.
REFUND PROCESS
- Returns are inspected within approximately 72 hours after delivery to our return facility.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- No restocking fees are charged.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
